For your consideration are four Northern Plains Indian trade seed bead strands circa 19th century. These 1800's trade bead necklaces would have been used to trade with Native American tribes. Two of these strands show a Cheyenne pink color, and the strand with slightly larger seed beads show a dark shade of pink. The two other necklaces show a blue color, one being a cobalt blue seed bead strand with various small size seed beads with a few black and greenish blue beads, along with one red bead. The other displays lighter greenish blue seed beads. The cobalt strand is the shortest of the collection measuring approximately 7.5" the other strands measure approximately 10.5", 11.5" and 13" in strung length. The strands show in good condition with some wear due to age and use.
