This is a pair of Northern Plains Native American Indian beaded moccasins from the mid 1900's. The moccasins are made on tanned hide, likely deer or elk. They show a wonderful beaded design done with glass seed trade beads in colors such as Corn Yellow, Cheyenne Pink and Red. In addition, the moccasins have a fringed cuff. The Northern Plains moccasins are in good condition. They measure 3.5" x 10" and are approximately size 8.
