The lot features an early-to-mid-1900's fully beaded club with steer horn top from the Northern Plains. The piece shows an Indian tanned hide wrapped wood handle covered in glass trade seed bead banded beadwork. The head shows steer horns mounted in alternating up and down configuration, secured with rawhide and Indian hide to the handle. The top Indian hide is covered in glass trade seed beads as well and shows Indian hide fringes with brass metal hawk trade bells. The bottom has Indian fringes with rolled metal jingle dangle cones. Overall this measures 31-inches long by 10-inches wide by 2.25-inches deep.
