For your consideration are these two North West Africa Meteorites, with the small one weighing 34 grams and the larger one measuring 196 grams, giving a combined total weigh of 230 grams. NWA meteorites are a group of meteorites that were discovered in the Northwest Africa (NWA) region of the Sahara Desert. These are a vast category of meteorites that originate from asteroids, the Moon, Mars and other celestial entities. NWA meteorites are prized by researchers and collectors because they offer a special chance to understand the makeup and development of the Solar System. They are believed to be some of the earliest and most fundamental objects in our Solar System and can provide valuable insight into the formation and evolution of planets, asteroids, and other celestial bodies. The meteorites are not made of metal, so they are Chondrite or stone meteorites. It is clear that the Chondrite contains traces of iron, which gives it a red-brown color. The meteorites are also magnetic. The meteorites show colors of red-brown, brown, beige and black. the larger meteorite measures 2 5/8" L x 1 15/16" W x 1 1/16" H, while the smaller one measures 1 1/4" L x 1 1/8" W x 13/16" H.
