Included in this lot we have a small hand woven Northwest Coast Native American pine needle basket originating from the 1940's. The basket features intricately woven needles in a stranded weave pattern. The piece shows excellent craftsmanship and a tight weave across the basket. The basket is made solely out of pine needles and shows a wonderfully textured exterior. This basket shows good condition overall with some needles showing some minor wear.
