Featured in this lot is this collection of Oaxaca Barro Negro "Black Clay" miniature animals pottery. There are four items in this collection, with the first being a squirrel on all fours with his nose in the air. The next is a beaver on all fours looking forward. The third pottery piece in this collection is a tiny bear sitting on his rump and looking slightly to the left. The last of the Blackware pieces is a canoe. The condition of this collection of "Black Clay" animals and canoe is good, with no obvious signs of damage. The measurements of this collection range from 2 3/4" x 3" x 1 7/8" to 2 1/4" x 6 1/4" x 3".
