For your consideration is this framed original 1940's litho on cardboard Kato Beer advertising display. Now nicely framed, this cardboard advertising display was designed to sit on a countertop surface. It features an agricultural scene "print" next to two varieties of Kato Beer. Printing along the bottom reads, "A Pair of Winners". It is apparent the advertising logo has three different pairs in mind: Most importantly, the two Kato Beer varieties--Black Label Pilsner and De Luxe, The man driving the two draft horses at harvest time and the woman in a dress and apron bringing him a cold Kato Beer, and last of all, the two draft horses. The advertising is is very good condition, though there is some minor damp staining along the bottom and some minor surface loss. Mankato Brewing Company operated in Mankato, MN from 1933-1951. This piece of advertising is quite rare and in very nice overall condition. Measures about 28" x 22" in the frame.
