This is an original Harvey Rattey bronze sculpture titled "Stormy Ridge". Harvey Rattey was a Montana artist, born and raised in Chinook. His love of the West and the ranching lifestyle led to a successful career in art. Together with his wife, they opened a bronze casting foundry in Bozeman. In addition, Rattey was an enrolled member of the Little Shell Band of the Chippewa Tribe. This bronze shows an outfitter crossing a snow covered ridge with his pack horses after a successful elk hunt.
