This piece is made and signed by local Billings, Montana artist Bill Rains. The painting shows lines and swirls of mixing colors making a vivid abstract piece. The art shows colors of red, yellow, blue, green, white, and various mixes of all the above. It is signed in the bottom left section of the painting. The back of the painting is marked "August 27, 2013 Original Acrylic Canvas D Bill Rains Blgs, MT. "30x24" canvas". The back also shows a pencil sketch of a American buffalo and it is signed "D Bill Rains" across the bottom of the sketch. The piece shows good condition overall. It measures 30" tall by 24" wide with the sketch (furthest mark to furthest mark) measuring approximately 12" wide by 8 1/2" tall.
