Featured in this lot we have an Otis Smith Parker Model 1894 double action safety hammerless revolver chambered in .22 caliber. The revolver displays a 2 1/2" long octagonal barrel, 7 shot cylinder, hard rubber grips, double action, and hammerless design. The top of the barrel is marked reading "N.Y. ARMS CO. SAFETY HAMMERLESS PAT. OCT. 29.89. CAL. 22. MODEL 1894". The rubber grips display checkered designs with the medallions showing a lettered design. The revolver shows a unique safety on the back of the hammer section. Mechanically the revolver shows a working and crisp double action trigger with the cylinder rotation not locking and very inconsistent operation. The piece shows a nickel finish with wear across the pistol due to age and use. The revolver weighs 8oz. Serial Number: 5015. This firearm qualifies as an Antique, and does not require FFL Transfer or NICS Background Check.
