Featured in this lot is this beautiful, Oushak Persian wool runner rug from the 1950s - 1960s. The rug features geometric and floral patterns with colors of red, beige, green and blue. The Oushak rug is a style of Persian rug made in Oushak, located just south of Istanbul, Turkey. The Oushak rugs are known for their calm, muted colors and tame look. The rug displays geometric floral designs with a floral border design. It shows good condition overall with little to no wear present and no signs of major damage noted. The rug measures 144" L x 31" W and weighs 23 pounds and 10 ounces.
