For your consideration is this pair of Sud Abat Jour nickel silver lamps made in France in the 20th C. These lamps show a nickel silver construction with plastic shades and an electric conversion. It resembles a finger candle holder with the thumb rest and finger loop protruding from the front. The top features a removable piece to take the lamp shade off for cleaning, repairs or to replace the light bulbs. The plastic shades are a forest green color and show a small strip of forest green cloth on the top and bottom with a band of silver colored rope. They show good condition overall with wear present from their use. Light patina has formed on the nickel silver in various spots and cracking of paint is present on one of the lamp shades. They measure 8 1/2" L x 12 5/8" W x 15 1/2" H and have a collective weight of 5 pounds and 4 ounces.
