The cover features a wonderfully and professionally crafted cast iron construction that features a layer of white paint and reads as follows: Peck-Williamson - Warm Cold - Heating & Ventilating - Cinncinati O. The condition of this cast iron plaque is good with some chipping to the white paint on the plaques bottom and rubbing to some of the outside rims of the plaque. The measurements of this plaque is 14 1/4" x 12" x 3/8".
