Featured in this lot is this petrified bone and bone gorget circa 1800's. There are two artifacts in this collection. The first is a petrified bone that was found in Ft. Bennett. The second artifact is a petrified bone gorget with two holes hollowed out through the center of the bone. The condition of this pair of bone artifacts is fair to good with the gorget featuring a break from age and use a crack in the bone that is naturally occurring but otherwise is in fair to good condition for their age. The measurements of this artifacts are 6 1/8" x 1 7/8" x 1 3/4" and 6 1/2" x 1 1/4" x 1/2".
