The lot features a single 19th Century Plains Native American Indian arrow. The piece shows a hand-carved wooden haft with a forged iron triangular point and old Crow feather fletching’s. The iron point and fletching’s are secured to the haft with sinew and old hoof hide glue. There is a circular swab of old red paint on the haft, which is likely indicates the arrow as being Sioux or Arapaho in origin. Provenance: From the Ex-collection of Ted and Lilly Jarvis Wyoming. Measures 24 ½ inches long.
