Featured in this lot is this Northern Plains Indians style "Bleeding Heart" contemporary presentation spontoon pipe tomahawk. The tomahawk shows a spontoon style blade with a pipe bowl on the opposite side of the tomahawk with a clearance hole shown on the top and the mouthpiece shown at the bottom of the haft. The haft is decorated with brass tacks on both sides of the haft and shows a saw tooth decoration just under the tomahawk blade. The blade shows a cut out of a "bleeding heart" decoration with an 'Indian' mark on the underside of the blade. The condition of this tomahawk is good, with no obvious signs of damage. The measurements of this pipe tomahawk are 24 5/8" x 10 1/4" x 1 1/2".
