Offered in this lot is a Catlinite pipe and three beaded wooden stems. First is a Plains Native American Indian Catlinite pipe with a carved wooden stem. This first stem is hand carved and has cobalt blue and white seed beads wrapped around two pieces of fringed leather, and measures 9". The Catlinite bowl has been hand carved showing wonderful form. The pipe is shaped like a tomahawk with carvings on each side. The next two stems are made from solid wood and hand carved as well. The pipes are 17"-18" long. One pipe has multi-colored seed beads wrapped around dark brown leather. The second pipe has red, white, blue, and yellow seed beads around a tan piece of buckskin. The Indian pipe and stems are in good condition.
