The lot features a Northern Plains Native American Indian double sided stretched rawhide trade drum. The piece features stretched Great American Bison Buffalo rawhide on both sides with rawhide sinew ties over a carved wood frame. The piece shows good condition. The drum is very well made with a rich deep sound. Believed to be from the 1950's. There is some faded writing on both sides of the drum and measures 11.25" H X 12.5" in diameter.
