Featured in this lot is a Plains Indian style, batwing cutout Dag Knife with paddle style wood handle, originating from the late 1900's. This wonderful knife displays a spear, lance-like, tapered style blade, batwing cutout, throwing knife shaped cutout, and double notch with paddle shaped grip. The grip displays a beaver tail-like pattern with five pins showing brass geometric accents. This knife shows good condition overall, with some wear and a warm patina across the piece. The knife measures 14" long overall, with the blade being 9 1/4" long.
