The blade is marked across the side, reading "R.H. Forschner Co. Extra Quality Victorinox Stainless Steel Made in Switzerland" with a medallion design showing a mountain range and an eagle with its wings out. The chef’s knife displays a hard wood handle with three metal pins. The piece shows good condition overall and some light wear. The knife measures 18" long, with the blade being 12" long.
