This is an original Navajo Russell Sam sterling silver ring set with red spiny oyster shell. The ring has a classic old Navajo design with repousse raised area with silver spots and a spotted border with polished cabochon of Red Spiny Oyster Shell. Signed R. SAM STERLING. Has a nice patina coloring in like new condition. The ring is a size of 7.5 US. Top is about 1 5/8" by 1.25". Total weight of 11.5 grams.
