Offered in this lot is a rare 1875 first edition of "The Myth of Stone Idol: A Love Legend of Dakota" by William Patterson Jones. This book is in very good condition for its age, with minor wear to its gold and black embossed brown cover. The pages and binding are in very good condition. This book is almost 150 years old, yet the love story told in poem form rings as true today as then. The book measures 7 1/4" x 5 1/2" x 1/2".
