In this lot is offered a rare 38-40 Ideal MFG Co. bullet mold. The mold is marked "Ideal MGG Co. New Haven Ct. U.S.A. 40-82 W.C.P." on one side. The other side is marked "Pat. Feb 11 Dec. 23 (18)84. This all-in-one tool is highly sought after for making ammunition for antique firearms. There is some rust on this tool, given its age, but it appears to be in very useable condition.
