Featured in this lot is this RARE GIA Burmese ruby VS2 diamond platinum ring with AIGL and GIA paperwork. The ring is polished, stamped, and tested platinum construction that shows a marking for Oscar Freidman. The center stone is a natural pear brilliant cut ruby with measurements of 8.54 x 6.21 x 4.11mm and shows purplish red coloration with translucent transparency with some heat residues and a total weight of 1.57ct. The lattice around the center stone is decorated with a total of 92 round brilliant cut diamonds that shows measurements of 1.3 - 1.5mm and a clarity of VS2 - SI1 and a coloration of G - H and a total diamond weight of 1.04ct. The piece comes complete with AIGL Inc.(American International Gemological Laboratories, Inc. a GIA certified lab AIGL#: K52E66-EA18757) report and appraisal confirming the above info and giving a total value of $15,879.00. GIA (Gemological Institute of America) Sapphire Grading Report#: 2221948144. The ring size is US 6 3/4. RN034938
