Offered in this lot is a rare green Chevron, 1800's trade bead necklace. These six layer beads are white, red, white, green, red, and yellow. The beads were probably made in Murano in the 1800's. The beads are graduated in size from 1/4" X 1/4" to 3/4" X 3/8". The necklace measures 35". This string of beads is in very good condition. Provenance: letter of appraisal from Out-West Designs, L. W. Dinneen, dated November 22, 1998, with a value of $1800.
