This is an original set of sterling silver earrings set with Sonoran Gold Turquoise from master Navajo silversmith Marie Tsosie. The set is signed "STERLING" and came with the MTT marked Marie Tsosie Navajo necklace found in the previous lot. The set shows an antique old pawn styling with rope silver, stamping and a nice patina from contemporary master silversmith Marie Tsosie of the renowned Tsosie family. The set shows found gem quality polished cabochons of turquoise from the rare Sonoran Gold Turquoise Mine which exhibit rich green to blue coloring and are one of the more interesting and rare turquoise. The set have a weight of 26.6 grams. Each measure 2.25"L dangling.
