Featured in this lot is this unheated sapphire 3.0ct VS2 diamond 18k gold ring with GGA paperwork. The ring features a polished, stamped, and tested 18k yellow gold construction and is marked '18k'. The center stone of this vintage ring setting is a natural octagonal step cut sapphire that shows measurements of 6.82 x 4.81ct and is Type 3 clarity with no heat treatments indicated and a total weight of 1.18ct. The ring features as vintage setting decorated with a total of 38 pieces with measurements of 3.5 x 2.0mm and shows a color grade of G - H and a clarity of VS1-VS2 and a total diamond weight of 3.00ct. The piece comes complete with GGA(GemAssure Gemological Appraisals, GGA Appraisal Number#: GGA068304 and trace number: RN035762) report and appraisal confirming the above info and giving a total value of $28,390.00.
