Featured in this lot is a rare 1940-1950s vertical fan by S.A.X Vertical Fan Co. called the "Safe T Fan". This sphere shaped electric bank tellers fan sits on a cast iron pedestal base and was designed to cool the workers with out blowing money off the counter. This fan offers a 360 degree area of operation and three (3) different speeds, spinning at a max R.P.M. of 1300 at 110 Volts. This fan is early 1940-1950s and is in great, working condition with minor cosmetic wear from its vintage age. The measurements are 24" base circumference, 13" mid circumference, and 30" circumference around the top globe. The height of the fan is 19".
