The first is a Winchester reloader for a 38 W.C.F. caliber with the patent date of Oct. 20, 1874, Nov 7, 1882. The next Winchester reloader is for a .38-56 W.C.F. caliber with the patent date February 13, 1894. The last Winchester reloader is for a 38-72 caliber, patent date February 13, 1894. The Winchester Model 1882 Reloading Tool is an iconic, hand-operated lever tool patented in 1874 and 1882. Designed for black powder cartridges, it allowed frontier shooters and hunters to manually de-cap, prime, and seat bullets for repeating rifles like the Winchester Model 1873 and 1892. Winchester Repeating Arms Co. Model 1894 reloading tools are prized antique tong-style hand tools originally designed to reload historic lever-action cartridges like the .30-30, .32-40, .38-55, and .25-20. These collectible sets frequently featured an integrated bullet mold and decap/reprime functions. The condition of this collection of hand reloaders is good with no obvious signs of damage and shows good overall condition.
