Offered in this lot are a pair of cloth advertising banners from Red Rock and Levi's Jeans and a burlap bag for cotton seed with an Indian Chief head logo. The first banner is for Red Rock Jeans. The cloth banner is 27" x 27" and has a red, white, black, and light blue logo in the style of a tin star marshall's badge. The company MEKE SA (Red Rock) was founded in Greece in 1985; it dominates the men's classic jeans market with the well-known for 20 years brand "RED ROCK". The next banner is for The Levi Strauss & Co. Levi Strauss & Co. is an American clothing company known worldwide for its Levi's brand of denim jeans. It was founded in May of 1853, when German immigrant Levi Strauss moved from Buttenheim, Bavaria to San Francisco, California to open a west coast branch of his brothers' New York dry goods business. This banner has a gusset on the top that a dowel is in to hang it from and one on the bottom to keep it straight. The banner measures 14 1/2" X 30". The logo is in black and red with the natural oatmeal white of the cloth used. The burlap woven bag is for "100 LBS. NET Quanah Cotton Seed Cotton Seed Pellets Manufactured By Quanah Cotton Oil Cp. Quanah, Texas" with a shield in the middle showing the profile of an Indian Chief in full headdress. The bag is printed in black and red. The bag measures 22" X 36". All three of these cloth advertisements are in very good, like-new condition.
