Offered in this lot we have a Remington Fieldmaster Model 572 .22 Long Rifle Pump Action Rifle. The rifle features a 23 1/2" barrel, tube magazine, hardwood stock, and cross bolt safety. The Remington Model 572 Fieldmaster is a slide action, .22-caliber rifle manufactured by Remington Arms. First introduced to the commercial market in 1956, the 572 Fieldmaster rifle incorporates a tubular magazine capable of feeding .22 Short, .22 Long, or .22 Long Rifle rimfire cartridges, a cross-bolt safety, and an aluminum receiver grooved for scope mounts. The rifle is marked across the top of the barrel and on the left side of the frame. The rifle shows good condition overall with some small dents in the walnut stock. The mechanical parts operate well with a smooth and tight action. Remington code shows a manufacture date of 02/05/1930. No Serial Number.
