For your bidding pleasure is an Egyptian marked Rolling Block Carbine. This rifle features a 20.5" round barrel that was originally blue. A common occurrence with guns from this area is the amount of wear from use. The muzzle and most of the hieroglyphs show heavy wear. The straight grain walnut stock shows good condition for its age. It appears to have been refinished at some point in it's life. The fore grip has a crack on the left side. The front sight is fixed and the rear adjustable sight has been lost. The rolling block operates without flaw as well as the trigger mechanism and action. No serial number.
