Featured in this lot is this 1903 first edition "The Report of the Acting Superintendent of the Yellowstone National Park to the Secretary of the Interior" published by the Government Printing Office in Washington in 1903. The report tells details on how many visitors the park had, how they got there, the rules of the park, how the animal herds are doing and if they are growing in numbers, the conditions of the roads and hotels, the rain and snow fall throughout the months and more. The report is paper bound and shows a beige colored front and back cover with the title, publisher and date in black lettering. The book is in fair condition with the front and back cover detached from the rest of the report. The interior pages are in good condition with no signs of tears or foxing. The report measures 9" L x 5 3/4" W.
