Featured in this lot is this beaded knife sheath from South Dakota Rosebud Sioux Nation and attributed to mid to late 1900's. The knife sheath shows a wonderfully and professionally beaded design with trade seed beads of light blue, yellow, brown, chalk white and medium red and set into geometric patterns traditionally seen from the Sioux People. The knife is from the Rosebud Sioux and collected from South Dakota. The condition of this knife sheath is good with no obvious signs of damage and in good overall condition. The measurements of this knife sheath are 13 1/2" x 3 3/8" x 1/2".
