Featured in this lot is this Rosslron "Birds of the Bay," sculpture out of Victoria, B.C. The sculpture feature polished stone and iron construction that shows the bodies of the birds as polished stone and the legs, neck, and head shows as manipulated iron rods that are set into the stone. Ross was born and raised in Victoria, British Columbia. Over the past 20 years Ross has enjoyed combining the forms of stone and wrought iron to create individual and unique pieces. Ross possesses Journeyman tickets in Steel Fabrication, Shipfitter and Boilermaker. Ross is also a certified welder. The condition of this sculpture is good with no obvious signs of damage and shows good overall condition. The measurements of this sculpture is 29 1/2" x 22" x 16".
