Offered in this lot is an excellent salesman sample, leather tooled saddle purse. The saddle is complete with saddlebags and a fleece lining on the underside of the saddle. The seat, cantle, pommel, and horn of the saddle are in a dark brown. The rest of the saddle and purse are in a tan color. The fender of the saddle has a tooled horse’s head that is accented with dark brown dyed leather on one side and a horse at a fence line on the other fender. The purse has a tooled horse head on both ends. On one side of the purse is a scene of a horse and covered wagon. On the side that the purse latches on is a covered wagon and some cacti. The strap is 1" wide and 37" long, with two sections of 3-strand "Mystery Braid '' in the solid piece of leather. The purse measures 11" wide, 4 1/4" deep, and 8" tall and has an inside zipper pocket. This purse is in like-new condition.
