Featured in this lot is this sapphire diamond platinum and 18 yellow gold cast ring with AIG paperwork. The ring features a wonderfully and professionally crafted platinum and 18k yellow gold construction and shows marking of 'PT950' on the inside of the ring band. The ring features an arrangement of the top side of the ring with a total of eight prong and tension set square step cut natural blue sapphires that shows measuremetns of 2.60 x 2.40 x 1.63mm that clarity if eye clean with a type II dark very slightly grayish blue color that shows a total weight of 0.85 carats. The very central part of the ring is decorated with a total of 6 prong and tension set princess cut diamonds that shows measurements of 2.60 x 2.50 x 1.88mm that shows SI - 2 clarity and a coloration of F - H and a total exact weight of 0.61 carats. The piece comes complete with AIG(American International Gemologists, a GIA certified lab AIG Appraisal Number#: 000718344094) report and appraisal confirming the above info and giving a total value of $3,530.00. The ring size is US 7 1/4.
