Featured in this lot is this Scottsbluff Plano stemmed cluster from the Transitional Paleo to Early Archaic period and aged from 9250 - 8850 B.P. The point shows a medium triangular stemmed construction with elliptical ridge cross section. The blade is excurvate with a triangular angle. The stem is straight with rigid shoulders and is knapped from an orange and slightly translucent chert material. The condition of this point is good, with no obvious signs of damage. The measurements of this point are 3" x 1 1/8" x 1/4".
