Featured in this lot is this Scottsbluff Type II point aged from the Transitional to Early Archaic period and from 9,250 - 8,850 B.P. The point is a large triangular stemmed point with a median cross ridge and is an triangular excurvate blade the stem is squared with weak shoulders and shows a semi serrated blade, the point was knapped from a lighter grey flint material. The condition of this point is good with no obvious signs of damage and in good overall condition. The measurements of this point are 3 7/8" x 1 1/2" x 1/4".
