For bidding in this lot is a Hopi Native American Indian, Sterling Silver charm necklace. The necklace boasts five main charms, with the largest in the center, and decreasing in size as you move down the piece. The center and two outside charms depict a Hopi kachina with a giving bowl between two hands. The two other charms depict a Hopi thunderbird effigy. The larger charms are connected by geometric motif links. The main center charm is marked "Sterling" indicating its .925% silver purity, and is additionally stamped with a howling wolf Hopi picto hallmark, attributing it to expert Hopi silversmith; Art Batala. Overall, the necklace is in very good condition, with a bright white mirror silver tone. The necklace, when stretched out, measures 23 1/2" long. The center charm alone, measures 1 1/2" square. The necklace weighs 61.9 grams.
