The lot features a fine hide women's dress adorned with beadwork and ribbons from the Sioux Native American Indians from the 1960's. The dress shows all nice tanned white hide with long hand cut fringe being accented by eight round beaded medallions which each hold a blue and red silk ribbon. At the waist is a zig-zag beaded edge and at the top neckline is a similar beaded edge all done in glass trade seed beds o greasy blue, corn yellow, chalk white, red white hearts and cobalt. Throughout the dress there are ties of fringe accented by yellow, red and blue glass trade beads. The piece is in good condition and displays very well. Measures overall 54"L overall.
