Featured in this lot we have a Smith & Wesson model 60 double action revolver chambered in .38 special. The Model 60 revolver was manufactured in the mid 1960s by Smith and Wesson and is still in production to this day, with this revolver originating from the late 1960s to early 1970s. The revolver displays 1 3/4" long barrel, fluted 5 shot cylinder, checkered rubber grips, steel frame, and double action trigger system. The revolver comes with its original box, paper work, and wooden grips. The piece is marked across the left side of the barrel and frame with "Smith & Wesson" and the Smith and Wesson trademark medallion with the right side marked "38 S. & W. SPL. Made in U.S.A. Marcus Registradas Smith & Wesson Springfield, Mass". The Interior of the frame is marked with "MOD 60" and the cylinder arm is marked with the serial number. The revolver shows wonderful tight mechanics and good trigger with no sticking or timing issues. The pistol shows good condition with some minor wear due to use. The pistol come with its original Smith & Wesson box marked with the pistols information across the side and face. The box comes with a set of checkered wooden revolver grips and the Model 60 information manual. Serial Number: 94447. This is a modern firearm and requires a FFL transfer or NICS background check.
