For your consideration is this 1976 Sony FM/AM Multi Band Receiver ICF-5900W communication receiver. This is a classic piece of Sony engineering from the golden era of shortwave radio. This portable radio is recognized for its sturdy construction, smooth analog tuning, and ability to receive stations on FM, AM, and shortwave bands. It features three shortwave ranges, allowing you to listen to international broadcasts. A built-in antenna, tone controls, tuning meter, and a large front speaker for great sound are among some of the features. It works with D batteries or a DC power adapter. The radio has been tested and is in working order, picking up on multiple FM radio stations when plugged in with the DC power cord. It shows good condition overall with little to no wear present and no signs of damage noted. It measures 3 1/2" L x 8 3/4" W x 8 1/2" H and weighs 4 pounds and 12 ounces.
