Featured in this lot is this South African Raffia barbed arrow collection. There are three arrows in this collection, showing two different designs of barbed points. The first shows a 'Y' barbed point with a forged tang and Raffia shaft. The other two show the same long point barbed shaft points with Raffia shaft. The condition of these arrows is good, with no obvious signs of damage and natural splits in the wood the shafts are constructed from. The measurements of these arrows range from 25" x 3/4" x 3/4” to 25 1/8" x 7/8" x 7/8".
