For your consideration is a Spencer Model 1865 .52 RF repeating saddle ring carbine. This carbine features a fixed blade front sight and 22” round barrel chambered in 52 RF. The top of the barrel is marked "SPENCER RIFLE Co." in faded lettering with the rest of the markings illegible on top of the receiver, and the serial number is marked on top of the receiver next to the hammer. It is saddle ring and bar mounted on the left wrist and mounted with a smooth forearm and straight grip stock with a sling swivel.
