Featured in this lot is this stag horn clip point frontiersman knife circa 1850's. The knife features a wonderfully and professionally crafted stag horn and steel construction that shows a clip point blade and a beautiful example of stag horn for the handle with a full tang blade and nickel pommel. The condition of this frontier knife is good with no obvious signs of damage and shows good overall condition. The measurements of this knife in its sheath is 9 7/8" x 1 3/8" x 1 1/4" and the knife measures 9 3/8" x 1 3/8" x 1" and a blade length of 5".
