Included in this lot is a collection of Talc carving animal figurines. The sculptures depict a Dolphin, a Doe and a sitting Pig. The figurines are intricately carved out of a rare Dendritic Soapstone. This stunning soapstone is very rare and from Southwest Montana. It has wonderful white, gray blue and dark blue color variations throughout. The pieces are in excellent condition. The Doe and the Pig come in glass cases with a wooden base. The dolphin is carved by Ray Jones and measures 4" X 2". The Doe figurine is carved by Cox and on the bottom is marked "Nottingham 82'". The Doe measures 3 1/2" X 4".
