Included in this lot we have two pair of sterling silver earrings from Taxco Mexico and originating from the 19th century to early 20th century. The first pair is a double sided round hoop with a cut-out design that shadowboxes on the back piece. These earrings have screw-back clasps. The back of one of the earrings is marked TAXCO MEXICO STERLING 925 and with the artist hallmark. The second earring in the set is marked TAXCO STERLING. The earrings measure 1 3/8" across. The second set of earrings are also screw-back clasp style. These earrings are in a teardrop shape with the top layer cut out to shadow box against the lower piece. The back of these earrings are marked MEXICO STERLING, their is an additional hallmark. These earrings measure 1 1/4" x 1 1/8". Both of the sets of earrings are in good condition with a wonderful patina to them. The combined weight of these earrings is 21.8 grams.
