For your consideration is a rare first edition of "The Indians' Book" by Natalie Curtis published in 1907. The book shows, "An offering by the American Indians of Indian lore, musical and narrative, to form a record of the songs and legends of their race." The book includes wonderful illustrations of photographs and original drawings by Indians. The book was published by Harper and Brothers Publishers New York and London in 1935. The book has the original excellent geometric traditional Indian style design in bright colors adoring the cover. The rare book is in good condition for its age (see pictures for condition). Measures 7.5"x10 1/8" and 1.75" thick. The last page shows the Indian Swastika Symbol (meaning good luck).
