For your consideration is this “The Montana Summer Symphony” framed advertisement poster,"Spirit of Patriotism" circa August 03, 2002. The advertisement poster reads, “The Montana Summer Symphony”, and is signed and dated by M. Dolack (Monte Dolack) in the bottom left hand corner. The poster shows a farmland scene in the foreground with crops arranged as the American flag, background thunderstorm clouds resemble brass instruments and kettle drums, a lightning strike underneath. In the immediate foreground, pronghorn antelope and open grassland birds. The overall scene resembles the region known as the Missouri Breaks in east central Montana. Monte A. Dolack is an American graphic artist who lives in Missoula, Montana, in the United States. Frommer's called him "one of the best-known artists in Montana." He works primarily in watercolor, acrylic paint, poster art, and lithographs, and is considered a key figure in the visual arts of the American West. This stained wood-framed advertisement poster is in very fine condition, no marring noted to artwork nor to the frame. Visual art measures 17.5"W x 23.5"L, frame measures 19.5"W x 25.5"L
